Liquid City:Charlene Chua

I was very grateful to get a copy of Liquid City from my friend Charlene!( like 2 weeks ago, yes I'm a bit late blogging it now).
It's a amazing book. I went with Charlene and her husband Wayne to the "Speak easy comic event"
it was a fun time (I'm writing this way past the event).
I totally urge you to pick up this compilation. It has some amazing artists in there.

I also have my favorite page from Charlene hanging up on my wall.

Heart and Stroke Foundation PEI

the commercial I worked on for PEI Heart and Stroke foundation.
I worked with the great helloalchemy.com
to produce the commercial.

I worked on the style guide with art direction genius Jeremy Dimmock.
I also worked on the storyboards for this project.. as well as some texturing.

The Legend of Ninja Cowboy Bear

I just wanted to take to time to announce my good friend Hilary Leung is launching a book. Titled "The Legend of Cowboy Ninja Bear"
Written by David Bruins and illustrated by Hilary Leung.

It's a beautiful book. And it's very exciting to see it from start to finish. I can't tell you how much quality oozes from this book. I maybe Biased... but you MUST check it out!!!! Oh and it's not just a bunch of pretty pictures.. its got a solid solid story to boot! Who says you need kids to get one of these!!!!
